Dark and Stormy Recipe
2 oz Dark Rum
.25 oz simple or ginger syrup
3-4 oz ginger beer
1-2 slices fresh ginger (optional)
How to:
- Fill glass with ice and ginger
- Add rum and syrup, then stir
- Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a lime wedge
