SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For U.S. orders, we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.  We can only accept items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or otherwise damaged, and returns must include all original packaging and tags.

For returns, please email support@cdtoolsusa.com with your tracking number and order number.  We'll send you a printable return label, and you’ll be given the option to drop off your items(s) at your nearest U.S. Post Office, put it in your mailbox, or schedule USPS pick-up.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with your order information and a photo of the issue — we’ll help make it right!

GIFT RETURNS

Returning a Gift

If they didn’t get it ‘just right’ — no sweat!  Gifts can easily be returned for C&D Credit.  To initiate a gift return, please email us at support@cdtoolsusa.com.  

 

You’ll just need the order reference number, the zip code the order was shipped to, and the email address you use to log in to C&D Tools — use that email address to obtain your store credit! Don’t have a C&D Tools account?  Don’t worry — we’ll automatically create one with the email you provide and send you a Password Reset link.

INTERNATIONAL POLICIES

We can ship to many countries around the world but shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination. The shipping costs for international orders are displayed on the checkout page.

Please note that customs/duties fees are not included in the price of shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery if applicable.

C&D Tools does not make any delivery date guarantees for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US.

We are not able to provide our prepaid returns labels for addresses outside of the U.S. As a result, all international customers are responsible for their own return shipping.  Please email us at support@cdtoolsusa.com to begin processing your international return.
